2. Can the display work without backlight?
It depends on the display type that you are using. Transmissive displays can not work without backlight, you can see nothing on the screen without backlight. However, transflective displays can work without backlight, but it would be higher brightness if you add a backlight.
3. Does TSD have some sunlight readable LCD display? Of course, we have some transflective displays and high brightness(more than 1000nits brightness) displays, these displays are sunlight readable. What’s more, we can also make AR and AF coating for you, so that the display also can be sunlight readable.
